Absentee Bid Terms and Conditions

1. Absentee bids are executed in competition with the audience, on an alternate basis. Due to the uncertainties of bidding patterns, the audience may win a lot for the same amount authorized by an absentee bidder. A (+) sign to the right of the bid amount will authorize the absentee bidder to bid one additional bid. In the event of identical bids, the bid first will take precedence.

2. Alaska Auction Company offers this service as a convenience to their customers and will not be held responsible for error failure to execute bids.

3. If successful, you will receive a phone call. Prompt payment and pick up of purchases must be made within one (1) day of auction. Mailed or faxed bids should be confirmed by telephone.

4. Please note that a buyers premium of 15% will be added to the auctioneer's hammer price, plus applicable sales tax if resale form is not on file prior to the auction. A 50% deposit is required and non refundable if not paid for in full and picked up the day after the auction.

5. All bids will be executed subject to the Conditions of Sale and Information for Buyers.

6. BIDS UNDER $100 per item WILL NOT BE EXECUTED.

7. Upon submitting this contract I agree to the terms of the sale.
