In Order to Register and be a bidder at this auction, each bidder must sign and agree to the following:

Alaska Auction the consignor/s and their agents, from any and all Liability arising in the connection with the removal and any use now or in the future for pleasure or profit of goods, equipment, and building materials from the premises known as I Copy at 320 E Fireweed Lane

The undersigned bidder, as a term and condition of participating in the November 30, 2000, auction of the goods, equipment, and building materials from the premises known as I Copy at 320 E Fireweed Lane and hereby agree to indemnify, defend, save and hold Alaska Auction Company the consignor/s its agents, employees, representatives, and assigns harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or liability, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring in the connection with the dismantling and /or removal by bidder or its agents, of any lot of goods, equipment, and building materials from the premises for any use now or in the future for pleasure or profit of goods.

The undersigned bidder further acknowledges, agrees, and understands that Alaska Auction Company offers said goods, equipment, and building materials for auction sale without warranty on an “As Is”  “Where Is” basis, and that Alaska Auction company disclaims any and all liability with respect to the particular fitness and purpose of any item purchased by bidder at the above referenced auction.

·        In Order to register and be a bidder at this auction, each bidder must sign and agree to the registration contract.

·        We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

·        Everything sold is on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis.  ALL SALES FINAL.

·        All Titles will be mailed after the auction certified to the successful registered bidder.  All vehicles are guaranteed title in some cases there may be slight delays.

·        Forms of payment: Credit Card (Visa or Master Charge) Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Business Check with a letter of credit signed by an officer at your bank made out to Alaska Auction Company.  Payment is expected in full immediately following the auction.  Cash purchases exceeding $10,000 will have the appropriate IRS from 8300 filled out and filed with the IRS.  Payment is only accepted at Alaska Auction co 1227 E 75

·        Our standard 15% buyer’s premium is in effect for this auction.  

·        We open the day of the auction at 9am.  Items purchased at the auction house will be available for removal immediately after payment.  I copy will be open Sunday 10am – 6pm, Monday 9am – 6pm and Tuesday 9am – 6pm for auction removal.  Items not picked up at I Copy by March 15, 2005 will be forfeited and there will be no refund.  It is imperative that all items be removed before 6pm Tuesday, March 15.  Items purchased at the auction house must be picked up the day of the auction – Saturday, March 12.  Items not picked up at the auction house will be subject to a $10 per day, per item storage fee.

·        During and after the auction, only successful, paid in full bidders and their agents will be the only ones allowed in the building at I Copy 320 E Fireweed Lane for security reasons.

·        Quantities and descriptions in the catalog are approximations only it is your responsibility to inspect the items prior to auction.

·        Odometer numbers are the readings taken from the vehicle.  These may not be the actual number of miles.  Vin numbers and vehicle years are obtained by actual readings on the vehicles and titles.  The equipment list, at time of posting to the web site, is believed to be accurate.  The information herein provided is deemed reliable, however, no representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy of the content of the material herein provided.

·        In the case of a dispute the auctioneer may restart the bidding.  The auctioneer will make the final decision on the winning bid.

·        Counters, cabinets, or anything "attached" are not for sale and cannot be removed. 
Upon receiving my bidder number, I have read the terms and agreed to all the terms of sale.
