Kenai Purchase & Sale Agreement    

·      A 10% buyers premium will be added to the winning bids to determine the contract selling price.

·       In order to register for the auction you must present a $5,000 personal check made out to Realty Executives.  Unsuccessful bidders will be given their checks back at the close of the auction.

·       Down payment of 10% of the total purchase price is required the day of the auction.

·       The balance of the purchase price is due at closing within 30 days for warranty deed and guaranteed insurable title.  Buyers pay all insurance and taxes from the day of closing forward.  Possession with deed.

·       Successful bidder will be required to sign all appropriate documents including a purchase agreement.
