Real Estate Terms of the Sale

In Order to Register and be a bidder at this auction, each bidder must sign and agree to the following:

• A 10% buyers premium will be added to the winning bids to determine the contract selling price.

• In order to register for the auction you must present a $5,000 personal check made out to Prudential Jack White/Vista Real Estate.  Unsuccessful bidders will be given their checks back at the close of the auction.

• Down payment of 10% of the purchase price is required the day of the auction.

• The balance of the purchase price is due at closing within 60 days for warranty deed and guaranteed insurance title.  Buyers pay all insurance and taxes from the day of closing forward.  Possession with deed.

• Successful bidder will be required to sign all appropriate documents including a purchase agreement.

• Property offered with No Contingencies.

•  Alaska Auction reserves the right to relax portions of the terms of the sale.

• Bidder Agrees to Sign the Purchase and Sale Contract.
