Terms of the Sale City Mortgage November 17, noon

·        We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  

·        We have a 10% Buyers Premium.  The buyer and seller help pay the cost & expenses of an auction.  

·        All Bidders must be 18 years old.  

·        All sales are final as is where is.  

·        During and after the auction, only successful, paid in full bidders and their agents will be the only ones allowed in the building for security reasons.  

·        During the auction please keep all isles free and clear and be seated.  It becomes very distracting if people keep long and loud conversations.  Please keep all conversations to a minimum and whisper.  

·        Forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Visa, MasterCard, Personal or Business Check with a letter of credit signed by an officer at your bank made out to Alaska Auction Company.  Payment is expected in full immediately following the auction.  Cash purchases exceeding $10,000 will have the appropriate IRS from 8300 filled out and filed with the IRS.  Please bear in mind this is a US Bankruptcy Auction and checks that are NSF & Stop Payment may have serious issues with the Federal Court & US Attorney.  

·        We have taken tight security measures to ensure that each lot is tagged respectively.  If any one is caught taking items other than theirs will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  WE may ask to show ID when picking up items.  No sales between bidders on our premises will be allowed.  

·        In the case of a dispute the auctioneer may restart the bidding.  The auctioneer will make the final decision on the winning bid.

·        All items must be removed by Sunday, November 18 at 6pm.  

·        Goods may be removed after they have been paid in full and payment is congruent with the terms of sale: Saturday 6pm and Sunday noon – 6pm.  Please bring the tools necessary to remove your items.  

·        Responsibility and risk of removal shall be borne by the purchaser in every case; purchaser shall use prudence in effecting such removal.  Purchaser agrees to indemnify and save harmless both consignor and auctioneers against any damage caused by the acts of the purchaser and/or his agents in connection with dismantling or removal of any lot.  

·        Quantities in the catalog are approximations only.  

·        Abandonment Sale Monday 9am – 12 noon for any left overs.  

·        Lot # 6 may not be picked up for 3 weeks.  This room is being used for that period to sort through paperwork.

 Upon receiving my bidder number, I have read the terms and agreed to all the terms of sale.
