August 23, 2006 Auction (To be assigned by Alaska Auction Company)
A)
Lot 1, 2, 5 Block 3 City of North Pole, Phase II.
This will be the first auction for all three properties. The minimum bid
for this option will be $250,000. If the minimum bid is not met
then the next option (B) will be offered for auction.
B) Lot 5 Block 3, City of North Pole, Phase II. This will be the second auction contingent upon the first auction (A) not meeting it's minimum bid. This auction will be for one property, Lot 1, and the two buildings on it with a minimum bid of $150,000. If the minimum bid is met, then the next option (C) will be offered for auction.
C) Lot 1, 2 Block 3 City of North Pole, Phase II. This will be the third auction contingent upon the second auction (B) having met its minimum bid and is sold at the auction. This auction will be for two properties, Lot 1 and Lot 2 with a minimum bid of $100,000.
