CHOICE ON THREE: High Vacuum Extraction (HVE) Equipment and conex's available: Originally priced as follows ~ Conex $18,350; Extraction equipment (vacuum, pumps, centrifuge, inlet separator) $31,800; Water treatment equipment (carbon/clay vessels, tanks, pumps) $103,625; Heating and ventilation equipment $17,000; Electrical components (lights, panels) $68,350 (389).  The HVE units were constructed in 2000 and were used to collect nearly 20,000 gallons of fuel from the ground.  These HVE systems offer flexibility in application and can be used to address a wide range of environmental remediation scenarios.  The unit is very effective at recovering light non-aqueous phase liquids, extracting and treating impacted groundwater, and extracting fuel vapor.  The HVE unit can be used in conjunction with single or multiple extraction points, and can be effective in areas where groundwater is up to 60 feet below the ground surface.  The equipment in the units would also be useful separately.  Detailed inventories available at this link: Inventories.
